About Me

My name is Jay.  Welcome to my new blog.  This is a new thing for me, so bear with me if things change frequently at first (pages, look, feel, etc).  I’m still figuring this whole thing out.

As for my subject matter, it’s primarily going to focus on my journey to fitness.  I’ll also include posts on nutrition from time to time along with various things I do with friends and family.  So I guess there is no real rhyme or reason.

I started this process as a way to put thoughts down and figured that if there was some way to motivate others, I would do so.  I appreciate you joining me for the ride and hope that I can entertain you and motivate you along the way.
